ABOUT US

Cotton Brazil was launched in 2020 with the mission of representing the Brazilian natural fiber in front of the global textile industry

In a scenario where the fashion consumer demands more transparency and sustainability, Cotton Brazil emerged as a response launched by more than 20 years of work in quality, sustainability, and traceability of Abrapa (Brazilian Association of Cotton Producers)in partnership with Anea (National Association of Cotton Exporters) and Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency).

We’re here to support and endorse the sustainable and innovative raw material that is Brazilian cotton in the global market. We bridge the connection between our dedicated growers—over 38,000 direct and formal jobs —and valued customers across the globe; spinning, weaving, apparel and global retailers.

Among our communication and networking tools are the production of online and in-person events, market intelligence, trade missions, technical visits, publication of technical reports, agreements and bilateral agreements with entities representing the global textile industry, among others.

Cotton Brazil highlights the country’s natural fiber industry, distinguished by its quality, innovative approach, and its commitment to sustainable cotton farming.

Step by step, we grow for a better future.
