Brazil exported 239.1 thousand tonnes of cotton in March 2025, 5% less than in the same month of the previous year.
- Turkey, Vietnam, and Pakistan were the main buyers that month, accounting for 148,158 tonnes – 62% of total shipments.
- Cumulative exports for the 2024/25 marketing year reached 2.144 million tonnes by the end of March, setting a new record for the country.
